SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to customers across Europe.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
- Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: orders typically arrive within 6–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING COSTS
Any shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on your delivery address.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & VAT
For deliveries within the EU, no additional customs duties apply and applicable VAT is already included in the price shown at checkout. For any delivery to a destination outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs clearance and to import duties or taxes charged by your local authorities, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are transparent about this so there are no surprises at delivery.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

IF THERE IS A DELAY OR PROBLEM
If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated time, we will contact you and offer you the choice of waiting or receiving a full refund. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated window, contact us and we will investigate, and replace or refund it.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible after ordering and we will help if the order has not yet shipped.
