We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price. Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags attached.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/EEA & UK CONSUMERS)
If you are a consumer, you also have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day period runs from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. To exercise it, tell us clearly before the 14 days end — by email at aurelieshop@outlook.com, or by using the Cancel/Return form on our Website. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but it is not required. Our 30-day guarantee above is offered in addition to, and does not reduce, this statutory right.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Email aurelieshop@outlook.com within the return window with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We reply within 24 hours.
2. We will confirm your return and provide instructions.
3. Pack the item securely (in its original packaging where possible) and send it to our returns address:

4. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
